Can I return or get a refund on my items?

Yes you definitely can!

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge a return or refund your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition. No mark rips or tears.

A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation email, is also required.

Full Priced Items

Absolutely, no questions asked. Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, we're happy to offer exchanges or issue store credit in such instances.

The Return Process

Step 1 - Return Request

Please request a return by emailing paramount.thelabel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund.

Upon approval of your return request, We will send out a paid shipping bag for you to return/exchange your items.

Step 2 - Process Refund/Exchange

Once we have received your items, they will then undergo quality-checked. A refund or exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days.

  • Exchange: Please mention your preferred style or sizes in the email, and we'll get it shipped to you within 1-3 days.
  • Store Credit: You will receive a store credit via email, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
