Can I return or exchange my item?

Return Criteria

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation email, is also required.

Full-Price Items

Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, we're happy to offer exchanges or issue store credit in such instances.

The Return Process

Step 1 - Return Request

Please request a return by emailing paramount.thelabel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund.

Upon approval of your return request, you can send the item/s back to us at the address provided via email. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number.

Step 2 - Process Refund/Exchange

Once we have received your items, they will then undergo quality-checked. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days.

  • Refund: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Exchange: Please mention your preferred style or sizes in the email, and we'll get it shipped to you within 1-3 days.
  • Store Credit: You will receive a store credit via email, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
