What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay for Australian & New Zealand customers.

Do you offer Afterpayn or Zip Pay?

Afterpay and Zip Pay are available for Australia & New Zealand customers. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be processed with these payment methods at this time.

Do you offer refund or exchange?

Yes, we do! Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at paramount.thelabel@gmail.com. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you with exchanges or refunds.

Our customer service team takes pride in their quick responses, typically getting back to inquiries within one business day.

To initiate a return, kindly notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and free from any marks or alterations.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and must provide a valid tracking number.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it is submitted.

However, once you've received your package, you may be able to return your purchase within 30 days, provided your return is in accordance with our Returns Policy.

What if you're sold out of my size?

If the size you're seeking is sold out, please visit the product page, select 'Notify Me', and input your email address to be notified if/when the item comes back into stock.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Please note: rural/remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

When will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order.

If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

However, shipping may take longer during peak-trade or sales periods.

Which couriers do you ship with?

All orders will be delivered using Australia Post.

What is your sizing like?

Shopping online can be challenging, especially with activewear. We highly recommend using our detailed Size Guide to find the perfect fit.

We’ve also included a helpful size guide on each of our product pages. If the item is a smaller/larger fit that normal, it will be noted in the product description (e.g., 'runs small, consider sizing up').

How do I care for my items?

Use a gentle machine wash with cool water and avoid harsh settings. Don't bleach or tumble dry. Wash inside out and avoid washing with rough materials like denim or velcro.

Wash similar colors together to maintain original colours and prevent bleeding. Don't mix darks and brights.

Line dry your activewear in the shade, hanging inside out to protect it. Avoid ironing or steaming prints.

For sports bras, remove padding before washing to retain shape.

For seamless or mesh fabrics, wash them in a wash bag to protect the material and extend its lifespan.
